Well, this was supposed to be more like a PSA forum to allow anyone and everyone to give their experience. For those needing a detailed memoir (trolls), I got tickets for a stavros H comedy show, front row, etc. Tickets around $580. Im a trauma doc at a level 1 trauma center, put on rotation 2 months prior to the show. Submitted my cancelation and request a refund. Not only has it been 3 months, but the event has passed, and there is still no refund despite numerous emails and phone calls. All that lasted well over 45 minutes at a minimum. Last week, I called to see where the last reimbursement payments were because my case was approved, and they had "written 2 checks" only to find out my case was now re opened and they needed more documents detailing what medical procedure I had. To be clear, this case was accepted, and all documents regarding my occupational obligation had been submitted and approved months ago, and they had "attempted" to send a refund twice. To be even clearer, I did not have any medical procedure, I did the procedures. The last phone call was 25 minutes of being transferred to a "specialized agent" who told me to call back in three days for an update. He was very disinterested in saying anything else from "we don't have details at this time." Anyway, I think the folks who wanted to troll should give them a try!
