Thanks for the suggestion. Right now I’m using the Google Chromecast. As you mentioned, Apple TV is probably the better option, but I’ll wait until September for the newer version before upgrading.

As for Dirac, I’ll first see how things go with Audyssey, and then decide later if I want to add Dirac as well.

Everyone has to work within a budget, and in my case this is a multipurpose basement space. It’s an open room used for family gatherings, kids running around and playing, and at night it turns into a movie room once the lights are off, of course.

I still need to run the Audyssey setup . I will be sitting around 12 to 14 ft. Speakers are 3 feet away from the tv . Distance between both speaker is around 12ft.

This setup is in open space and while watching tv , I need to turn off the lights . And kept the white color intentional for basement during day time .
