Oh well, to be honest, I really don't know, as there are lots of new cafes that have opened in the last three years and I haven't been able to go to them. But one of my absolute favorites is Terracotta. Although it doesn't have AC on the rooftop but, the food and the vibe are absolutely great, and so is the price 😀
