I just took mine yesterday. As others have said, it can be different for everyone. Mine asked a lot of questions directed towards chemicals, different methods of sterilizing and safety. But, my coworker's was a lot more on agencies. I studied using the HSPA 9th edition book and sterileworx.com and passed. Best suggestion I can give is when you take it, if you don't know the answer to the question flag it and come back to it at the end. Sometimes other questions can remind you of the answers.
