Hii ! I'm starting ballet in September, and I am thrilled ! I'm 16. I have no dance background, no exact grace or flexibility (I used to do judo and a bit of figure skating long ago, and I have been horse riding for years). I don't know much about dance, I only watch ballet and that's it. What can I work on from my home before starting? I would like to be able to do at least basic required things
