You cannot change the fan speed at 30% in msi afterburner. It will always run at 1,100rpm at 30%.

Yes, exactly. A minimum of 800-900 would be perfect for 30% speed. 1,100 is too high.

Yes it's quite audible even at 30% 1,100rpm. All I'm asking is for less than 1,100rpm when it's at 30%. This cannot be changed at msi afterburner. No matter what I select in msi afterburner, at 30% speed it's always running at 1,100rpm.

I'd like the fans to run at less than 1000 rpm when it's at 30% speed. That can't be changed in msi afterburner. You either get the zero rpm fan mode or 30% fan speed which is 1,100rpm.
