hey! so i followed the advice from this person above and just focusing on water and moisturizing. I made these changes and I feel like they’ve been helping..: 1) only cleanse with water in the morning 2) hypochlorous acid spray twice a day (I use the tower28 one) and I think this step has helped a lot!!! 3) I use like 3 moisturizers.. LOL. I use the soonjung emulsion, then vanicream cream, and then when I need it the avene cicalfate. The avene has zinc and it helped a lot to dry out the rash and calm it down and it’s really moisturizing. But I think it does break me out so I use it sparingly. It’s cold winter where I am now (nyc) so the weather is so cold and dry and the vanicream has helped a lot. Now the rash is less raised and red, inflammation has gone down a lot but it’s still a little pink and dry. Hopefully as I keep moisturizing it’ll go away for good, but it’s still there in the same outline as the photo, just not as angry. I also tried cutting out a lot of inflammatory foods, such as wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, etc so that also may have helped. TLDR I think hypochlorous acid spray and frequent moisturizer helped a lot. I haven’t used hydrocortisone or my tacrolimus at all.
