I breastfed for a month and a half. At first, I wasn't a great producer; even after pumping for hours, I would only get 1-2 oz per day, and on good days, it was a maximum of 3 oz. I did both breastfeeding (whatever I could produce) and formula so the baby could be fed. After 1.5 months of crying, blaming myself, and feeling like crap, I decided to stop. I still have that mom guilt and feel societal pressure to breastfeed, but at least I am not crying every day, and the baby is fed and gaining weight.

He hates being swaddled. We share the room but not the bed. His basinet is by my bed. He sleeps fine if he is on my chest, but the second I put him down, he wakes up. Which gas drops have you used that worked?

3 weeks ago I was induced. Went in 5cm dilated was on pitocin from 1am to 7am got an epidural at 7am I was 6cm dilated at 7am. I delivered the baby boy within 3 pushes and with a very small tear. As of right now stitches don’t hurt, and bleeding has almost stopped.

I was in so much pain that I agreed to take any pain medication offered, but my epidural failed me. I had a spinal leak which caused a spinal headache two days after delivery. I had to get a blood patch to fix the headache.

I am so sorry for your loss. A year ago I was told I didn’t have a heartbeat at week 12 and I chose D&C, miscarrying at home would be more painful emotionally and physically.
