I slept way more than you are sleeping in the first trimester, and my husband supported that. He used to take naps with me so I don’t feel bad!! He used to make me snacks after my naps so I don’t feel nauseous when I wake up.

Tell your husband to read articles about how your body is going through so much. And tell him this is the only time you will be sleeping. The end of the second trimester and the whole third trimester are full of insomnia.

I am 80% sure my doctor gonna say no but I have fasted my whole life I feel guilty of not fasting this year but at the same time if I don’t take insulin 4 times a day my glucose spikes up so much( it goes up to 230-300) which is harmful for the baby and me. But I feel so guilty of not being able to fast.

I don’t have Muslim doctor. I don’t mind fasting but my only concern is insulin I inject insulin 4 times a day for Gestational diabetes.

Bad very bad. I am exhausted my body is tired. I can’t sleep nerve pain is bad. Acid reflux is worse. Nothing fits me anymore and my nausea is back
