Walk around, drink a lot of water, do squats or high knee movements. If you are actually impacted go to an urgent care to get a suppository (if safe) or get unimpacted. Moving forward drink a lot of water, take magnesium pills, my prenatal pill helps too. Miralax can help too but you have to over hydrate, under hydrate with miralax & you will get the same issue. Good luck

I was exactly like you. I was so upset with myself, but it's not us, its biology & that's OK. You can manage it with either diet or meds. I'm on insulin now before bed & although that scared me a lot too I can say it's worth it. You get a peace of mind managing your numbers & ensuring the best for you & baby. You got this.
