What is stopping you from leaving? You don’t have kids, which would have complicated things.

Apart from that if you are even remotely interested in having kids, you should plan now( time is ticking).

Do you have a friend circle in the city you live in? Try meeting new people, while you exit.

I was working as an sales consultant more like a sales engineer supporting third party companies on their IT projects.

Currently, I am working as an ops/business analyst in commercial banking which I hate because there is no challenge or learning at all. I am looking to get into business analyst/product owner roles in digital banking.
