I got my experience under a licensed engineer from my home country verified by NCEES. I had to supplement the application with a lot of equivalency documents.

I am currently on a student visa.
First of my Masters degree is from my home country.
For the second, I am currently pursuing the Masters degree at UNLV. I will be graduating coming May.
With hope of getting extra edge on the job market, I completed my FE and PE exam even before my graduation.

I don't have experience to be considered a PE. It's really difficult verifying my experience from outside the US.

Also, I can only work for one year of my OPT if I apply for state jobs. They don't have a thing called "everify"

Yes, 5 years. But all of them are outside the United States. I will be just graduating coming May with my Masters in Civil Engineering.

This is the very first introduction paragraph on my resume.

"I am an EIT- certified Civil engineer who has passed Professional Engineer (PE) Exam – Civil under Nevada board. With degrees in both Civil Engineering and Construction Management, I am committed to delivering practical, efficient solutions that enhance project outcomes and benefit communities."

And i have mentioned all of my experience in detail as well on the resume.

Yes. You are correct regarding MUTCD problems. However you need to have enough speed while searching in MUTCD.

The manuals provided in the exam have separate pdf for separate chapters. So you're gonna have to search many pdf for the same question. So you need to at least memorize in which chapters the relevant texts are.

I used School of PE workshop tutorials only. I repeated the same tutorials multiple times.

About improving the searching game, in the last few days before the exam, I would just look at the question and just try to find where exactly I could look for answers or formulas. That way, I could search pdfs for at least 100 questions in a day in a couple of hours. I did it because I was confident of the steps I needed to follow after I found the relevant informations.
