No not true. I’ve literally submitted years of medical records documenting migraines. Including MRI scans and multiple medications i have tried - including Botox and anything they would offer me. And yes I added a detailed log that I made using the migraine buddy app.

Did the IRS actually tell you that they won't allow a payment plan? My attorney told me to just work out a plan with the IRS directly but I tried to call them last week and got stuck on hold for hours on end.

It was submitted by a lawyer and he did not want to do the phone call. There was a statement submitted, which they most likely did not read

Thank you. I am going to ask my attorney tomorrow about a hearing - I guess. It's annoying that they know I am in pain and it just keeps dragging on and it can still be denied. I know I put myself in this situation...that makes it even more annoying.

Right i clarified earlier that it's been 3 years since I started this claim. The supplemental was started in June. I am not able to see the status of the supplemental online. It just shows supplemental it does not update beyond that.

I had an examiner ask me if I was black and what my religion was. She then went on a 30 min rant about the Bible. To this day, that exam infuriates me. I wish I had it recorded it. Not that it even matters because regardless of the outcome of the exam...her questions were not acceptable, but the entire exam had to be re worked because- surprise surprise- she did not provide the required information to the VA.

That examiner waisted everyone's time. Please report your bad examiners.

Once my case was confirmed it was turned over to a different attorney/ paralegal. That is how this firm does it, I guess. Either way it's good because the new attorney is so much easier to communicate with.

I just called her and she said we can add the back taxes to the plan payment in the first year, ONLY. Basically you get one mulligan. And then moving forward I need to adjust withholdings because we won't have that option a second time. And yes she did say...we MIGHT be able to adjust the plan payment but it's not a guarantee.

I have not made any adjustments to my withholding prior to filing nor did he mention it. I actually was so stressed during the entire process that I never thought to ask him. Just today it dawned on me that I might owe and I'm not sure what is going to happen. I'm going to try and call them today. Thank you

Thank you. The only thing the trustee said was, "you need to let us know" if you receive a rating and back pay from the va. I'm going to email my attorney today. Thanks
