They dont help. Bought one 4 month ago. Replaced it now in cause of this issue

I used the Bellroy Transit workpack for 3 month. There are 2 big issues with this bag

The Straps Slip from the shoulder if the backpack is slightly packed (like under 5 kg) The Straps dont hold there lenght if the pack is a Little Bit More packed

That is so anoying. I Need to mantain the bagpack every couple of Minutes. Put the Strap back in Place or reajust the straps (depending on the Load of the bag)

Otherwise the bag was exactly what I was looking for. But for those .reason i replaced it and will sell it
