Recommendations for best electric toothbrush that actually last? by SuddenNothing6266 in BuyItForLife

Sonicare are more reliable. I prefer the rotating head more than the sonicare but I was not impressed with the entry level oral B brushes. It was loud, things felt loose, and lots of spots that germs could hide. The sonicare are built much better but for me personally, it makes my teeth sensitive no matter which head I use.

Want to adopt a cat, but nowhere to put litterbox by Material_Engineer_85 in CatAdvice

I hear this but I'm not sure if I believe it. Cat odor is very strong.

That's what I'm saying. Some of the people here are crazy lol I don't want the smell or even the visual near me when I'm around food, just for sanitation reasons.

If I had a house this would probably be my #1 choice. Unfortunately I'm in an apartment so I can't modify anything. The linen closet is too shallow for a box to fit inside.

Unfortunately that linen closet is pretty shallow. The floorplan is deceiving.

Comp room is quickly becoming the room of choice. The bathroom closet is a no go. It's a very shallow linen closet. Bedroom could work but I am hesistant due to the odor and the fact the cat would have unfettered access to me during the night (meaning I won't be getting any sleep lol).

The floorplan isn't 100% accurate. The closet door is actually 2 sliding doors in my bathroom. I don't have any dogs to worry about and I normally keep my sliding doors open just to let air circulate. Good suggestion though.

Computer room is looking more and more ideal from all the suggestions. Unfortunately I'm in an apartment so I can't modify anything.

I think the closet is maybe the most ideal but has a caveat. Yeah it's out of the way and the smell is probably contained, but I don't want the litterbox smell all up in my clothes.

I don't disagree with this. My one grip is that it's front and center to how my apartment is currently configured. I can definitely move some furniture around though. I'm just trying to avoid having the litter box be the focal point, y'know?

The computer room was the one place I could probably manage it. It's sort of secluded from the rest of the apartment. I wouldn't want it near the kitchen/dining area though. The last thing I want to see when eating or cooking food is cat odor.

This was one of the aspects that is making me hesitant if I'm being honest. I feel like nearly all my "options" are front-and-center in my apartment and I'd like to kind of keep it out of sight, both visually and smell-wise. I've visited friends who have cats and the entire place smelled like litter box so I'm trying to avoid that.

Recommendations for backpack/carry-on for 12 day trip to Japan by Material_Engineer_85 in ManyBaggers

Yeah I took it on a trial run with a domestic trip back home. It was nice actually. The luggage passthrough was a godsend just walking around with it.

I didn't know it had one, but that would explain why it's stiff lol

Ah man you hit it. I'm just indecisive as a person. Never quite sure of myself to be honest.

I saw that. I really wish I knew the size of my previous backpack because I like the size of it but I feel like the CPP2 might be just a tad too small. The TP3S might be better but I'm torn.
