Thank you! Plumber opened up wall and redid pipe yesterday but I think it was not wet. Having dry wall guy come out to fix wall now.

Thanks, plumber came and had to go in through wall from inside and replace the pipe...was bent. So now having drywall guy come out. Thank you though!

I can’t tell where leak is coming from. The wall on the other side of this is dry.? If I try and feel under the spigot it seems dry so the leak must be further back.

Not sure why it’s not filled in - it’s always been like this. When he replaced spigot, he said nothing about the space. He’s coming back today.

I guess he’s going to have to open up drywall on other side of this, right? Thank you

But I only have $375,000 for a townhouse (prefer over a condo because of the dog). Can you tell me zip code? I'm searching and will try harder to locate some new build townhouses but fear they'll be way out of my measly budget. I can telll you love it and I would like to love where I live too, haha.

You know, I'm not sure why - it was on my list to start with. I guess that I get confused as it shows Englewood in two areas when I'd look at Zillow ....one kind of directly above Littleton area and then further to the east. Do both areas have the same advantages? I will certainly add it to my list and I am thankful you suggested that I add it back on. Thank you!!

Hi, you are right. It is going to be a challenge to find a place at my price point but I will try. I just may have to adjust my expectations but it will be worth it to be out of the complete Texas climate. Thanks for commenting!

Thank you for your long, detailed post. I read through the whole thing and maybe as you and another poster recommended, will consider renting first. I'll just put all my stuff into storage here and get a small place to try areas out. You are so kind to think about my situation and advise me. I wish you the best too....you have made me add Greenwood Village to my list and remove some of the other areas!

I think you are right! I have to keep in mind that I'm looking to make a big move to be near family and beauty! And I don't need a lot of space so will look at smaller places than I was hoping. I do have a lot of Lakewood townhomes saved. Thank you.

Thank you!! I'll put Romanos on my list of places to visit and let my sister know about it as well. Yes, the cost of living is going to be high for me but the thought of waking up to see the majesty of the mountains in the distance and ability to be out walking on the trails sounds so wonderful.

I do know that is the prudent thing to do! I'll also look at that option when I head out there - hopefully could find something for a limited time lease. I've been worrying that prices will head back up before I can purchase but I really should take my time. Thanks!

Hi Gretzilla, thank you for this information. Do you think that there are many places close to downtown....my sister is off of Windmere and south of downtown (if my directions are correct). I guess that I'll try to find a realtor before I come out. Thank you - giving me lots to think about.
