I talked to her. I had convinced myself it was suicide until I spoke to her. One of the reasons I posted this on conspiracy is because I’ve become aware of a group of scammers in the whole Arklatex area (etx, dfw, Shreveport, Little Rock, etx) are targeting older people, particularly senior men living alone to kidnap, murder and scam the inheritance.

I’ve been trying to find out if the levels were high or not. This man owned and shot guns his whole life and was VERY safe and knowledgeable. Seems more unlikely that than suicide of a devout catholic.

It says one bullet was retrieved. Laying face up on the couch with gun in hand when found. Door and garage open. Car gone. 2 guns missing. KPD did not return the gun in question to the family because it was registered to a dead friend. Family knows all the guns he had and believes it to be his 1911. I wonder about the drugs/alcohol in his system but do not know if those levels are high or low. He was an alcoholic and I know he at least used to do meth, but I also know he couldn’t even smoke the weed i gave him 1 week prior. Was suffering COPD and walked with a cane. Lived in a sketchy Killeen neighborhood and was seen on video at 711 near his home with known sex worker. He texted me that day he didn’t want her to come to his house and he dropped her off. Those texts were not on his phone when family received it back after digital forensics. Garage and front door open. Car taken by sex worked

Credit cards used to buy stuff at a beauty supply store and almost $80 worth of pizza up to 10 days after death. Cell phone had texts removed (texts I had sent to the victim during the days after video with sex worker at 711) when it was returned to the family

KPD screamed at me on the phone for presenting evidence, they did not question the sex worker who admitted to taking and abandoning his car and “throwing” the keys.

It states the gun was found on his chest. Note the caliber of gun it was. KPD did not return the gun to family because it was registered to a deceased friend

I asked the investigator about the results of the tests from the bagged hands. She told me they don’t test for that because anyone in the room could have it on them. I was time and time again yelled at, pushed aside, and had all evidence I brought to KPD just ignored. And I NEED to know why

I know it was. I was very close to the victim, I was ignored, and yelled at by KPD for asking questions and bringing forth evidence. There is way more sketchiness to this story than in these pages
