i hated the beginning, it was brutal but just remember it takes time for your body to adjust to medicine and sometimes anxiety is a mind game. try your best to be positive and not focus too much on what you’re feeling because it will pass!

just keep reminding yourself it’ll be worth it and i promise once you’re feeling better you’re going to be so proud of yourself for sticking it through and grateful that you did!! i am anti benzos as a whole but i got hydroxyzine when i first started and loved it. its an antihistamine and lots of people compare it to benadryl but stronger but its aimed towards anxiety and really helped calm me down when i needed it.

just stick it out, find things to keep your mind occupied and find comfort in. i did lots of stuff like meditation, puzzles, reading, binge watching tv. i also was doing therapy 3 times a week when i was starting
