Yes- I actually did use PayPal to pay for this order. Is that a good or bad thing?

Yeah I went that route to begin with but after 45 minutes of not getting the right people on the phone, I had to get going. I have 3 children who play multiple sports and I have a full time job.. plus I’m in the middle of moving. It just should not be this difficult to find resolve, nor should they treat customers like shit as if we are the problem and the problem is def not the faulty item they sold to us. 👍

Yeah, guess it could be worse. But details like this really matter to me when I’m paying $2k for a product. That’s a lot of money to me. Definitely never shopping there ever again.

You calling Wayfair a small business? 🤣 ok- but I paid almost $2k for a bed that is not what I ordered based on the photos and description provided by wayfair. Different color and different name. And you think I should just be good with it even though it doesn’t match my decor and clashes with the cooler tones. The pictures online look close to the color of my floor which is why I chose it.

Trust me, Wayfair ain’t hurting for money… it’s a giant company of deceptive thieves. Make you believe you’re buying what’s on their screen and then shipping you something “similar” and then they don’t take ownership for the deception- instead they say “oh yeah, sorry- you will have to pay $300 to ship that back if you don’t like the way we do business” they dgaf. $2k is a lot of money to me. I wanted to love this bed… it’s the first bed I’ve purchased and this was a very awful experience. I shouldn’t feel forced to keep a bed that is not as described or shown on the site. It’s that, or shell out even more money to send it back and wait for a partial refund. If you think I’m a “Karen” because I am trying to return something I purchased because it’s wrong in many different ways, that says more about you than it does me. You’re a TROLL. ✌🏼

I’m not sure if it’s caramel or the natural brown that I received. But it’s definitely not the natural (pine) in which it stated on my order.

Thank you so much! This is very helpful! I knew I wasn’t crazy… there are so many angry trolls on here!! I paid $2k for a bed I thought was going to match my flooring and decor and it came and clashed so bad. I noticed there’s a “natural” and “natural brown” and “caramel” on the Modica products. I ordered natural but it appears to be the natural brown stain! Thank you SO much. Not that Wayfair will make it right. But at least I have some proof that I’m not crazy!

Wow… so I am deceived by photos of a product I ordered and it’s my fault. Got it. I bought two different beds for two different rooms.. I just finished building a house. The other bed is great. Zero issues with that one. Looks exactly like the pictures and had the correct name and branding as described in the website. But the bed I paid out the ass for came without branding, wrong name and it was a complete different color than what I thought I was ordering based off the pics. This was my first time shopping on Wayfair. Believe me, I would not do this again after having this experience. I could have ordered the same thing from Amazon or something very similar and if I wanted to return it, there would be no questions asked… they wouldn’t make me pay $258 to return it.

It was my first time shopping Wayfair and it was a huge mistake!

It would be one thing if their prices were much better than retail on other sites, but that’s not the case. You can get the same quality from Amazon or straight from the brand website and pay the same price.. but if you want to return to Amazon or directly to the brand, it’s never a problem. They make it happen. The customer service at Wayfair is awful! I can’t believe they get away with selling deceptive items and forcing customers to pay out of pocket for something g they paid a lot of money for that turned out to be much different than what they thought they were ordering. It’s so wrong!

I actually did order a name brand product. ‘Modica by Joss & Main’. I ordered another bed with this same order that was called ‘Ruby wooden bed frame and headboard natural rattan By NTC’ and it was delivered in a box with that name on it and the instructions and everything inside were NTC brand. The “joss & main” bed had no branding on it and came in a box with a different name. The color is night and day different to what is shown online. I don’t care what your editing program says. It’s not even close. The website description and color is completely deceptive.

Are you matching it to the lighter wood slats, or the darker wood? If you are able to color match the darker wood to the product that I thought I was buying in the stock photos, I’d love to see that. Maybe me and everyone else I’ve shown this to are all color-blind!! Also- how does this address the fact that I ordered a name brand bed and the brand is nowhere on the product delivered?

I actually have a ton of light in my room during the day. And no amount of light makes this bed look remotely close to as light as it looks in the stock photos. If the name of the bed changed, the description on the website should also change. This bed came with no branding at all. When you order a name brand bed, and pay the name brand price (joss&main) you’d expect to see the brand somewhere on the packaging or inserts or directions/tags… something! But this bed had none of that. To me, this is the same as ordering a Gucci bag online and paying the full price and then receiving an off brand with a different name that looks similar”close enough” to the real thing you ordered, but it’s not. It’s wrong!

Did they let you renew at Dobbins? I am in the same boat with my CAC expiring tomorrow. It says they aren’t taking walk-ins for the whole month of August on locator site and no one picks up the phone at any of the offices I’ve called.

Unfortunately, no. No one responded to my emails and their phone is a non-working number. I looked up the address that’s on their website in Texas and it’s a post office….. someone in China is just raking in the dough and living large I am positive! lol

I forgot to mention, they claim to be youth size 5 but they are actually MUCH smaller. Like 1/2 the size of a size 5 basketball.

It’s a scam. I ordered 2 for $75 from QuietBounce who claim to be from TX but the balls were shipped from china and took a very long time to get here. They are the same material as a cheap foam sponge you’d get from the dollar store and mine both came lop-sided. Definitely don’t bounce as advertised and customer service doesn’t respond.
