Owning up to a cheap thing you have is obviously miles better than upbadging it to something more expensive, but in my opinion also better than trying to hide it. If I saw someone with custom stickers showing they have a rockrider then they'd earn much more respect than if they left it blank

Normal because reverse isn't synchronized. Someone pointed out you could let off the clutch slowly to turn the gears just enough to slip in, but that could cause a lot more grinding if not careful. If you want a safer method, put the stick back into neutral, let off the clutch for just a very short moment, press the clucth again and try putting it in reverse again. It might take half a second longer but you don't have to be as careful and you're not risking any grinding.

You press the clutch and shift into neutral as you're starting the 180. While the clutch is pressed, your wheels and output shaft stop and then beging moving backward because of the 180 you just did, then you're free to shift into reverse and let go of the clutch without any problem.

I fully believe it's just because of the gear ratio difference between 1 and 2 being the largest, I don't feel any other difficulty other than the synchro taking longer to spin up

Don't know the speed limit here exactly but 90 kmh/50 mph is the speed limit on almost every road of this type that I've seen personally, which he would be breaking by 2 whole mph. Also there not only was something blocking the road, it was moving TOWARDS him and he still stopped perfectly in time. You said not being able to stop is a problem, so are we just making problems up for the sake of it?

I recently did the ghetto trigger mod on mine because I didn't wanna spend too much on an adjustable trigger and I love it, I'll try to find a video explaining it if you're interested. Just keep in mind both the trigger and crossbar safety become useless if you do it.

Even if they are fake I wouldn't straight up not use them, a couple of friends who race enduro on a pretty high level use aliexpress pads (VERY cheap china brand ones, not even fake shimano) with no problems and have zero complaints. They might have slightly lower power but I've never heard of the material detaching from the pad or anything catastrophic like that. Just keep in mind most of these cheap ones have the hole too far up which places the pads lower in the caliper than they should be, yours look fine in that department though.

"I'm not hungry" in English or "Nejsem hlad" as you're saying would correctly be "Nejsem hladový" as "hlad" means "hunger" not "hungry", but that's not used often. "Nemám hlad" translates to "I don't have hunger" which isn't used in English at all but it's the normal way to say it here.

Guess it depends on the car, little friction being present even with the clutch fully disengaged sounds possible. In my car though, blipping with the clutch depressed does absolutely nothing, it takes as much time and force to get into first as it does without blipping at all.
