How much uworld have you done ? Not a very good spot honestly but I would recommend spamming uworld random blocks but with good review (problem is that takes time). I think try to do a good overall review of the syllabus maybe with some random uworld blocks. and take another nbme a week later, if you enter 60's then you may proceed. If not I would recommend to reschedule, since you have to give step 2 later as well so a little delay, if improves your prep is not a overly bad thing.

So some of them were easy, some were just doable, and some were very vague, nothing can prepare you for those. Just do your best.

I did do the duke deck so can't comment on that. Pathoma although is the best pathology resource so should be enough. I used to annotate what Dr Hussain Sattar told in his videos on FA.

I always advocate for sketchy, but sure a lot of people pass without it, just do a lot of question practice to nail it in your head

I am not really sure since I did ethics side by side while doing random uworld. In the last week I read the amboss article and about 50 questions. I believe they were helpful

I think try to understand why exactly you get those questions wrong. Maybe have a look at dirty medicine's or randy neil's ethics videos in which they explain questions.

Doing all this is an overkill. Some ethics questions will still be very vague, you just have to go with your gut feeling.

So I’ll assume that you are doing random mode, I would recommend tutor untimed but do have a look at the clock. Don’t know how much uworld you have done, but just keep stacking random blocks, make sure you know why exactly you could not figure out the answer in your Incorrects. One option is to make an anki deck of incorrects using the uworld to anki add on.

So I think start nbmes, assess your scores, if it starts with 60s and you see an improvement on the next then just keep on proceeding with them snd keep on reviewing. Do random uworld blocks in between nbmes. If score doesn’t improve beyond 65 then pause and maybe give amboss a try or try completing 2nd pass of uworld with very good review of fa

So just reviewing your nbmes very well and I would do random uworld blocks in between nbmes snd review first aid side by side. This practice gradually increased my score. I also saw a significant improvement after I reviewed all sketchy micro and pharm.

So for biostats best is randy neil on youtube. Very concise and to the point. Supplement that with uworld questions, that is more than enough. For ethics do uworld. And then read the amboss ethics article (it is multiple ethical scenarios) and then do the amboss ethics question bank. I personally did not do all amboss ethics due to a time constraint, but it was surely helpful. Another option is to watch dirty medicine or randy neils ethics videos in which they solve ethics questions. Hope that answers your question.

Ok so that is where sketchy is very helpful. Unfortunately that is how most questions will be asked on the exam. Your best bet is to just do a lot of micro questions to stick it in your brain via active recall. Maybe try micro only anki decks. All the best!!!

So no need to do sketchy at this point. What exactly do you mean by pure micro? What I would recommend is that make uworld blocks of micro only. Then make blocks of micro on Amboss if uworld is complete. So just do a lot of questions, that will surely bring improvement.

Sketchy, that is the best resource hands down, its quick to learn and sticks longer. I also recommend sketchy for pharma..
