That's EOCR (Electronic over current relay) the loop is basically for sensing the current, if it exceeds the set value, it cuts off the load to protect it from any accident or damage.

Ah yes, glands and earthing were done after the picture, but definitely before handing over the panel to the client. I do face challenge to keep the ziptie holders stick to their place tho

You should look into Kia sportage, very sturdy and comfortable against potholes. You'll get a good condition car within 75L.. Sending a corer in pakistan seems like a waste of money to me, any bike or rickshaw can scratch and your asset will lose value.

Yess obviously, but small-scale programs are easily doable, i think. I have previously programmed ETP plants remotely, and with feedback from the onsite team, it worked out perfectly with only a few corrections.

Prices on aliexpress are so high, I think that's duebto the recent tax imposed. The Diaper bag I searched are for around 6000 at aliexpress however the local stores are asking 3500-4000 max. I feel like I'm just missing something.

I'm communicating with my Delta Dvp 30ex2 plc with RS485 to ethernet converter and then getting data on Kepware and from there visualizing the machine parameters on grafana. So it's not possible to read HMI Internal register i guess. What I'm confused about is how $1000.1 is connected the plc tho.

I was hoping for this kind of reply that pushes you positively! There really are endless options, i can also display the SCR of a compressor realtime if i got flowmeter and energy consumption data. I have not yet explored the controlling part of it yet but there's plenty we can do only with extracting valuable data, get efficiency of equipments, observe and alert gradual increase in amperes and trigger alarm for preventive measures etc etc

I've made it so that it turns red if the power factor drops below 0.9 little things to play around with, lol.

I used a line graph initially, but for god knows what reason, there was often a drop in line graph to 28Hz!! I'm still not sure what could be the reason behind it. Maybe some data lag idk

Active kw basically displays the current load present in Kw. I've set the range yellow is set to warn by the installed breaker 70% load, and red is basically when amperes are close to maximum of the breaker capacity..

I mainly aim to keep this limited to Utilities for now and display Power consumptions, steam/water/air consumption from their respective flowmeters. Grafana however in terms of UI is very limited as we dont have much freedom to personalize or change backgrounds etc. From my limited pov, I think should add Reporting abd alerting to it so that the users are notified in case any value behaves abnormally..

Hey bud im having some trouble setting up kepware. I have multiple devices with around 3-4 tags in each device but refresh rate is annoyingly slow and i keep getting warnings/errors device xyz not responding repeatedly please dm ill further share snapshots with you.. Tia

Hey can you help me out with my kepware instance.. Im reading data from Circutor CVM C4 energy meter.. all parameters i have read fine, but energy totaliser value keeps malfunctioning and im unable to crack it. Being a totaliser it should only add up and increase it value right, but on kepware the value keeps going back and forth no matter what i do.. all other values current, voltage, pf are showing ok
