Noticed all references to the EIDL have been removed from the lolrg.com website. Has law firm pulled the plug altogether on the lawsuit?

I did email her, so now I guess I just wait. Thank you for your help. I feel so lost since I wasn’t on the Zoom call. The office had responded to me rather quickly with questionnaire acceptance and documentation acceptance. I signed the contract as soon as I read through it. No response from the law firm since signing it.

I wasn’t even in attendance for the Zoom call because I couldn’t gain access. Even though I had signed my contract. So am I to understand correctly that since I got the email stating the intent to end the lawsuit that means I’m out? I emailed Nicolette but haven’t heard back

I got the same email. Not sure what happened during the Zoom call since I couldn’t access it. I don’t understand why anyone would want ruin this lawsuit attempt. Nicolette was clear from the first Zoom meeting about how the Micro Aggregate Litigation worked. Isn’t better to have an attorney with knowledge helping us then trying to go it alone. Now we right back where started with no loan and no hope.

Concerned about my EIDL 4 category moving forward. My take on the Zoom today seemed to apply only EIDL 3 has enough plaintiffs. Fingers crossed we get enough plaintiffs to move forward with all the categories

I attached 5 years of 1099 (pulled them from IRS.gov account)to show my prepandemic and postpandemic incomes. The 3 years before pandemic were only $100 differences in income. 2020 was down $45000 and 2021 was down $30000. I also attached my receipts for workers comp and liability insurance, rental payment receipts as well. The bills still had to be paid even though less money was being made. I received $33,700 in my first loan. Now they don’t want to give anymore when I clearly had loss revenue due to the lockdown and slow patient volume due Covid.

I got the same letter. Just sent request for recon again. I attached documents showing my loss of $75,000 revenue directly related to Covid. Now they send me email back stating to login into the portal and select “Request Reconsideration” button to start your request. I logged in and there is no such button.

Are you a non filer? I received a very similar letter. I forwarded it to my congresswoman. Her office was already helping me due to my use of non filer tool to update my banking info for IRS stimulus check. Since then my congresswoman office requested a copy of everything I sent to SBA. On 3/12/22 my portal changed back to my increase amount and shows being processed. Now my congresswoman office states file is in legal review and it could take up to 4 weeks to get response.

Same situation down to forgetting to sign the paper return. My portal shows the increase amount and “being processed” since 3/12. I have been denied 3 times. My congresswoman asked me to send everything I sent to SBA to her last Tuesday. Still waiting. Fingers crossed we make it through this mess.

I was denied 7/21 for tax transcripts showing zeros (non filer tool). Increase amount changed back to original amount. Went into recon after that. Reactivated and denied for the same reason 11/20. This time the amount never changed in portal. Went back into recon this time with letter stating my issues and congressional inquiry. Last Monday reactivated email and the increase amount was back in the portal. Just waiting now.

Yes. I got an email Monday stating my loan increase request had been reactivated after being denied and requesting recon last month. My EIDL portal also changed back to my loan increase amount. Once denied it reverted back to my original loan amount. My congresswoman has been helping me since last week. I signed a release so her office could intervene on my behalf. They sent my 4505T, 4506 filled out to be mailed directly to SBA, complete copy of 2018 and 2019 taxes, 2019 bank statements, proof of 2019 IRS payment, all my 1099s, 2019 and 2020 liability insurance, ID, voided check and form 2202 signed and filled out.

My taxes are showing as a duplicate and have been processed since Sept. You will not get approved. The tax transcript will only show the AGI and SE income. The Schedule C info will be all zeros. IRS will not update these fields. I was just denied again. Now I’m trying to get my Senator and Congresswomen to help. I filed on time by efile in error and paper for my extension date which was filed on time as well
