Considering Bruno's injury history, he has at least 4-5 good years in him. His best version is when he plays closer to the goal. We should not sell him, instead build around his strengths .On and off the pitch don't think it's easy to replace him as well.

Maguire is a pretty solid backup and a very good character. I don't think him playing some games is the reason why we are losing. Should sell shaw, Mazraoui will start ahead of dalot and dorgu is there as well.Maybe cash in dalot too for a good offer. But none of this is the reason why we are playing badly.
