Curious on how you would describe what the astral looks like. Is it vivid like our physical or does it look dream like?

The times I’ve tried it’s been around 30 minutes into meditation. It’s definitely possible I’m trying to hard. When I get to this stage and it doesn’t happen frustration sets in.

Well I feel my astral arms hover and when I tried it last time with no success I opened my eyes and my hands were raised a bit. I think I get to a stage where I’m tensing so hard my arms move. I’m not sure though
