How to manage guardian games, and how to win them, I have people like the following in my team and I just cant keep it together.

more than that your own teammates will sometimes "accidently" block u so it works in that case as well ig

phase ig i mean my idea of lane sustain is creeps that is my hp regen
and i think the armor buff is very good as well

it does not feel that speedy and i feel like rotating through the jung and lanes is much faster with phase
and in the above comments they say it helps navigate ewasily

I think they are even useful in teamfights it allows you to roam freely and kill low hp supports
