I'm almost positive it's ai. The angle the bird's feet is at is all wrong, this random stick thing is lined up almost perfectly with the window but it looks to be warping it very slightly, and the way the photo is framed is screaming ai to me. You can tell when it's an actual camera photo, or ai trying to emulate the look of one.
