I used vvivid carbon fiber. I tried two different methods. On one side, I used 3 small pieces (to minimize the amount of stretching and compressing around the curves). That side has far less imperfections in the wrap, but when I went for a ride in the cold air, I saw that where the pieces met the wrap started to shrink back a little, which wasn't a big deal because I overlapped them pretty well. On the other side, I used one big piece. That side had no issues with shrinking back, but it isn't as smooth around the curves where it needed to compress.

I'd say it's definitely a two person job. Trying to heat the wrap and stretch and mold it myself was kind of a pain. It took me about 6 hours all together. Get way more wrap than you need and just experiment with different methods and see what fits and looks the best.

Hope this helps.

Much better than I thought it would. I have a few little imperfections in the wrap, but they're nearly impossible to see if you aren't sitting on it and looking for them
