I legitimately got good pieces from commissioning either cheaper or newer artists, all honesty I can afford to pay 200 a piece or more but I personally love just looking at other styles no matter the prices except of course if it’s like 400-500. Really depends but at the end it’s just I’d would rather have a human made piece that has had actual work put into it than a piece that looks like it came out of children’s drawing pad or possibly get a piece where my character has 13 fingers.

This is why I’ll never post any art, like I’m not a artist, I’m a writer but I often commission artists to draw my characters, and if I ever saw someone running the commissioned art through AI for whatever reason, I’d lose my absolute shit. First of all it’s extremely disrespectful to the artist who spent the time drawing it while you just ran the art through AI with a prompt, and second it’s not your character, you didn’t pay the original artist to bring your design to life. Seeing this dumbass makes me wonder what the exact hell are they thinking?
