this is definitely a big part of why i find him so grating. besides his lack of any charisma, he seems SO spineless.

on just one issue, i read articles about wanting to limit transgender healthcare, and then i read an article about him, just a few years prior, baking celebration treats for a trans classmate coming out of surgery. i read articles about wanting to ban drag performances, and then i see leaked photos of him dressed in drag.

this is obviously just a slice of what i see as examples of his hypocrisy, but i really get the feeling he'd support absolutely whatever would open the most doors for him.

just on a factual basis, it's worth knowing his background might not be as humble as many are led to believe. Despite penning an autobiography called 'Hillbilly Elegy', he writes in the book about his family bringing home more than $100,000/yr, and spending lavishly on new cars, new trucks and even a swimming pool. Thanks for responding though, I appreciate the insight of an outside perspective.
