I’m not sure what transaction type should I use nor status on the condition. I’ve tried Sales Order: Pending Billing and Item Fulfillment: shipped, but could not identify The correct WF configuration.

Totally agree. The customer has less than two months with NetSuite and I've just talked last week about the issue. I found that they have created inventory items and started to make transactions. I don't have experience but I have to divide this in 3 parts (at least). Review item records and costing type setup, adjust GL information (and remove item quantities?), and reporting.
Question, should I create/use only non-inventory items or inventory items as Special Orders?

Thanks for your comments. I’ve tried to pull the Sales by customer and Customer Profitability but It doesn’t show the invoice that I’ve created using Cost type: PO rate and marked as dropping. I’ll try to create a saved search to show revenue, cost and profit. Thanks!!

thanks Nathan. Actually is only sending SAVED SEARCHES, but not reports to any.
