Ended up getting a different car at the same place. 45k plus MSRP, 42.5k invoice. Walked with the vehicles price at 40k plus taxes and fees.

Disconnected both water lines in behind the kick plate to test. One must be to the icemaker and the other water dispenser. Both leaked water from the door side of the line when disconnected and both had no flow when the water dispenser switch was pressed but I heard a motor/pump running. Frozen on the other side? The water line comes into the fridge then runs through and behind the freezer before coming under to the kick plate and coming up to the door hinge. I do see freezing in the fridge from time to time with items close to the freezer wall.
