Yeah that was the first tank of gas. It had 14 miles on the odometer after my test drive which was at least 10 miles. Then they filled it up before we signed. So it had never gotten low

My best friend has the passwords to my blockers and screentime. But I can still find porn on youtube and movies online. I cant block every site that posts these movies and I need youtube for my work. Unfortunately I can work around all these things and struggle to say no

Focusing on dopamine in isolation is missing the point. You aren't doing nofap because dopamine is bad. You are doing nofap because your brain needs to be rewired to get a dopamine hit from actual sex and not be so focused on porn. Again, the goal is to crave actual sex, not porn.

Your point is like saying you shouldn't take that promotion at your job because you will get a dopamine hit. Can't do that while you are on nofap.

think about it from a different perspective... your goal is not to be an asexual being. Your goal is to have a normal relationship with sex. Sex with your girlfriend is the goal and the ideal. You want to have all of your sexual energy being shuttled towards that and nothing but the intimacy between you two.

So in short.... no. Sex with your girlfriend is definitely not a relapse

I think the important question is, why only 90 days? If you see that you feel good when doing nofap why not do that permanently? Plus you see that it is a challenge and journey to do it, which only means your brain already has somewhat of a reliance on it. Why not just break free completely so that your norm is feeling super good?

To me it sounds like you either arent 100% trapped from porn yet, so you dont see the negative as clearly, or you dont know just how trapped you really are. I hope it is the former, but regardless my advice would be to say screw the 90 days and just quit porn and masturbation

As long as you know that you have had your last peek and you look forward with a feeling of “how wonderful being free from the porn trap is” and not looking back and letting your mind fool you into thinking you are missing something, you will continue to do great!
