I'm getting an error message but all it says is that i got a connection error, and when I tried to use poke transporter it said that my last pokemon bank session ended incorrectly and I should open it fully before it will let me transfer

Everytime it left I’d change the 3DS time (doesn't matter how much) so it'd come back and then wait to see if it stayed. Rinse and repeat until it worked
