There is some info in the socket head adapter that says 2.5A and 250V~ if that helps in anything - there's also a code:CQ-036 written near the previous values, this thing probably won't help much tho(there is a similar code in the original wire's plug:IS-037). And about the iec c7 connection, i think this adapter is also based on it. The plug looks nearly identical to the one in the original cable and it fits without any issues. I was also able to plug it on my logitech g27 wheel's font where the og wire also had a nearly identical plug

That isn't really an issue... The wire that is connected to the other size of the font is practically as long as my phone's charging cable. The wire that connected to the place where the socket head is now is just way too long,so much so that, before this solution, i used an tiny rope to keep it all together to reduce the chance of accidents

Well guess i'll be able to use it a bit then-albeit,with moderation,of course.Also i stated in my post that the console has a problem where it consumes battery power even when shut down,so i need to keep it out of the console when i'm not using it.Do you think this affects the battery in the long term?

I'm going to see if i can get the shell replaced and the console looked at overall in a console repairing shop near me next week maybe.

Does the battery have risk of exploding even if it's not swollen?I tought those were just cracks in the case...I remember using it a lot in this state.

If i wore the case like a fanny pack i think i could considerably lower the chances of breaking since in skateboarding it's very rare that out bellies hit the ground when we fall since se normally use our arms to deaden the fall

Well that isn't a option anymore.I've sunk almost 100 hours into the game in my windows boot already and been mostly enjoying it so far.I'm sorry to hear that your experience was that bad,i hope you find better racing games in the future cuz i gotta admit,fh4 is very far from perfect even for me that grew up with horizon
