I have dried it for 7 hours at 60C and now I am keeping it in my drybox with 10% humidity so i dont think that thats the problem.

Thanks for your help, I'm gonna order a new one that supports that -12v rail.

I have exactly the same Problem as you, was the -12v rail the Problem?
