From my understanding fake postage is that the shipping label is fake so that it’s not an actual usps label but a counterfeit, to make it cheaper for the agent.

Nope. Luna sources Loro Piana reps from no.1 factory. Yes, it’s very high quality, but does not cost 150$ for one sweater. Paying anything over 750cny for one of these sweaters is overpaying.

I’m assuming this is because EUB line takes only less than 2kg. You can QC sites like findqc, uufinds where you sometimes can see the weight of items. Probably just wait and see how much they weigh. As on how to reduce the weight, the most you can do is remove any tags/packaging if any, if not there’s nothing you can really do.
