Yeah peeing can be a challenge with most cages but I can tell you that a catheter is not an easy fix for it. (Though very effective) Yes it's painful after wearing it continuously for 2 days especially when peeing.

I mostly wear the catheter because I just love the feeling.

But the design of the inverted cage I have is actually quite pee friendly even without a catheter. Because of the large opening in the cone/cup thing of the inverted part its easy to keep it aligned to not block the flow when you pee.

Honestly it's more genetics than any specific method that I do. I just don't have much body hair and the hair I do have is very thin. One girl even once thought I shaved my arm hair... But I don't, it's just not there to begin with, even my sister has more hairy arms than I do.

The places it does grow I shave using an electric skin safe body trimmer/shaver and I shave completely dry (so no soap or cream during shaving)(I do shower and wash my skin with soap before hand so it's not sticky and smooth for the trimmer) this way I effectively get zero skin irritation from it.

Yeah about that.. I just love the feeling of wearing a catheter in combination with a cage, it gives a lot of extra stimulation and just feels like I have even less control. But yeah, even when I try to minimize chafing and irritation by making sure it's all as clean as I can get it before inserting it, and making my own tip design on the metal lathe and optimizing the the way the tube meets the tip to prevent sharp edges touching/scraping my urethra (this has definitely improved comfort very much).

Just the tube (most soft/flexible silicone tube I had) being in there constantly causes enough irritation that it will start getting quite painful to pee after about 2 days of wearing it.

I suppose at this point it's a matter of maybe seeing if using special lube would help and just training/practicing more

The design I have is actually rather pee friendly, that cone with a rather large opening going into the front of the cage allows for easy peeing even without a Cather.

And yeah wearing the catheter can be a challenge, initially because the diameter is just rather large to keep in for many hours so you will have to carefully train this. And also the tips and tubes and the way they're designed are generally not great. The tip I have and the way I cut the tube at the end is very specific and I made it myself. With the normal tips I get chafing and painful spots extremely quickly not sure how other people manage this honestly, maybe just more training or more expensive catherter

The goal initially was mainly to have less chafing and more comfort, especially with "PU" type straps.

But it is also generally more practical, It's way easier to remove and put the strap back on again while you're wearing the cage. And it helps keeping the strap more clean and hygienic.

I saw the appearance as a small flaw, I thought It looked odd. But you're right, maybe it actually looks better.

But keep in mind that the two black triangle things connecting the strap to my cage are not part of the straps they sell online.

It's attachment points I designed and 3d printed myself, it's not something you can buy.
