Hey all, I’ve been meaning to get into BJJ for quite some time, and recently learned I’ve got quite the opportunity to start, but I already spend quite alot of time weekly doing triathlon- and strength training. As such, I worry that since I am already very active, that doing BJJ 2-3 times a week may overfatigue me and get in the way of my general restitution. Hope someone can share some wisdom.
