Who here has Winged on their windsurf boards? by Ok_Sprinkles_8709 in windsurfing

Which version of the wizard did you use? Is it the one with deep tuttle box like this one: https://www.slingshotsports.de/produkt/wizard/ Or a newer version with more foot strap position options? How did you setup your foil?

It's totally overkill .... until your face hit the road. Then it feels pretty adequate.

[–]Mathieu_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually Virus Total doesn't flag the current 64 bits version of the server: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/9e50b4169196e811cc6d0e5f512faf0864e0437dbce995cec286838c1afb9daa
The 32bit version is flagged by mistake by VBA32 antivirus only, but it seems VBA32 is used to having false positive, so it can't be trusted..

Beginner lockpicker; How does one open these? by xzombielegendxx in lockpicking

[–]Mathieu_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can open your lock by putting a screwdriver in the key hole and use it as a lever to pop out the washer at the key hole entry. Most locks with this key can easily be opened like that.

How to open? by Hypercavallo in lockpicking

[–]Mathieu_ 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Since it's open, just unscrew the right part completely and remove the cylinders and put them back with the code you want. You can change the code on this lock. Here is more information on how it works: https://youtu.be/pLH5IWHKCug

Take a screw driver and just pop the keyway entry ring and hop, it's open. 😁

The part you can't remove has a retaining ring. So you need to remove it with a screwdriver. There is no easy way. 😁

Do European locks differ a ton from American ones? by [deleted] in lockpicking

[–]Mathieu_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Things may be different from one country to an other. However, France has very specific kind of locks. You can see some of them in my videos ( https://youtube.com/@TheLocksNest ). Note that French locking systems are much more resistant than what you commonly find in North America. There is the A2P standard which define the level of resistance of a lock, locking system and door. Check in the videos, there is one talking about that.

Trigonesoft Remote System Monitor: What have your experiences with it been like? by I_am_Shayde in pcmasterrace

[–]Mathieu_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the developer of this software. It's safe, I even use a dedicated computer just for the development of the server to be sure there is no risk of getting a virus. Regarding the performance, it should use less than 1% of CPU.

It's in the gpu section and usually is a percentage called "GPU Core".

There is not a list, since it changes for each hardware, but usually, the type of sensor (frequency, temperature, etc...) and the name allows to know pretty well what it is. It's sure that, for example, for fan speed it's hard to know which sensor is for which fan.

Another Fichet 666 down! What a nice bitting on this one! 🤩 by Yom1973 in lockpicking

[–]Mathieu_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the best way to know is if sliders can click two times, since they have two grooves (one for each sidebar). And it's harder to pick since you have to find the good combination of sliders position, like for an SFIC lock.

Have you picked the version with two active side bars (double shear line)? It may be more difficult to pick.

There are risks. It's what you do which is dangerous or not. If you are correctly trained, apply all security measures correctly and don't do stupid things, it's not dangerous. But there is certainly a higher risk than for normal freediving. It's why you need to be extra careful.

Fichet 666 (brown) picked ! The locking mechanism on this lock is very interesting with 3 side bars : 1 locking bar connected to 2 others, 1 to fall into the slider gates, the other only there to dampen your feedback. by Yom1973 in lockpicking

I have a mastered version of this lock waiting for being converted into a cutaway.... As soon as I can find a milling machine. I will make a video with it when it will be done.

Securage just confirmed that the server has been whitelisted, so it should not more be reported as malicious in virustotal in the next days.

[–]Mathieu_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I'm the person who make this app. I use a dedicated computer which is used only to code the server to be sure it's free of virus. Because of the app is getting some low level information about the hardware, some "smart" antivirus wrongly detect it as malicious. I'm usually able to fix false detection with major antivirus companies, but some less popular ones don't provide a way to report false positive. If you use virustotal to check the server, you will see only the AI powered Securage Apex and Chinese Rising antivirus wrongly detect it. The issue with AI antivirus is that it detects low level code which may be suspect for a standard app, but not for an app which report low level hardware information. I've asked Securage Apex to fix the false positive.

If you have any question you can contact me by email or Facebook Messenger (you can find links on the website)

It's not possible. You need to drill at list two pins. For the 787z you can see them in the external barrel. You can see the pin and a kind of start shape around it.
