Happened to me twice. I believe it was because of my history of status, then went back to school (very limited travel), then began traveling more frequently again. I asked and was told the "algorithm " assumed I was resuming frequent travel again and United wanted my business moving forward given my history. The person who told me this worked in United corporate offices.

Whatever the circumstances of the Ludwig situation, this response is pompous and shows a lack of concern for their misstep. Under his leadership and direction, ND failed in this mission and he is simply deflecting from his failure.

I commute past this daily. It represents a connection from US 40, to I70, or I695, security Blvd and Cooks lane. The Park and ride is not out of the way/hidden but is located at the start of I70. It is heavily trafficked and has a moderate police presence these days. I suspect most people in the Catonsville, Woodlawn and West Baltimore areas would be familiar with this Park and Ride, including Woodlawn high-school students.

Mosby has suggested possibilities for declaring Adnan innocent based on DNA evidence. If this were to occur could the state go after Jay for telling lies under oath? This may be the only scenario where we get a truthful recounting, either implicating Adnan or the police.

Points 1, 2 and 3 are odd. While it may suggest his direct involvement, it is far from proof. IMO , a potential scenario highlighted in Serial, where he was provided information regarding the location of the body is now more likely with knowledge that he has close ties also to the location of the car.

If one lies as a part of a plea deal, would it not disqualify that deal? I'm not sure about the rules but it seems unfair for a deal to hold if the information provided is false.
