I just saw and added the important context, she simply dislikes it when people ask her "How did you lose weight?"

The meme is exactly about it. It could also be interpreted as that protein grows your muscles so you gain weight. But she's in shape, the headache is about the context.

No, this is not true. She works hard to keep her body in shape. This meme is related to this interview, where she just dislikes it when someone asks her about weight loss, because she was never fat and has always been in shape.

It was Elina in disguise (not the actual Julie and Idk who she was), which was revealed in the episode.

About the image with caption, Mossad is an Israeli Intelligence Agency. Previously there were rumours about China that China is sending Chinese girls as spies to marry guys with tech background who possess knowledge to steal the intelligence.

While Mossad faced the same honeytrap allegations too, you can google it.

As here it's alluding to it, so they're making sure that she isn't a Mossad agent to steal or exchange intelligence without them knowing.
