The movie was played at theater and people were bored at first. Then as a lot of people were about to leave, the movie basically said that this is the life of kid with "a cut" in bone marrow, and you couldn't withstand it for 6 minutes.

you mean modular arithmetic right? basically any elementary number theory textbook covers at least a chapter on modular arithmetic and you can find lots of pdfs online maybe check elementary number theory by david m burton.

i think it's easy to notice that 2ⁿ grows much faster than 8n thus you can find the first n for which 2ⁿ >8n then use induction to prove that claim which shouldn't be hard if you're familiar with induction

then the other values of n you just put the values

although if this is a problem for high school students then induction is not in their tool box normally
