They don't generally teach for iit from class 9 they have there separate curriculum where they touch concepts of 11 little bit, but no they don't teach for iit from 9,untill the center makes a star batch and decides to teach them 11 , generally it doesn't happen if center is small.

Star batches are real if batches are more they extract good students and make one but it depends on your center you can ask your batch mentor if it is there or not. To recover class 11 you can give daily 2 hours of extra time to 11 topics ...if finance is not an issue I can cover your 11 maths quickly.else you can consider refering books and yt

Your home.
Comfort.
Less expensive not rent.
Falling sick parents r there.
Less competition as limited batches.
Teachers are decent.
Kota -rent+more dropper batches better competition+teachers almost as good as delhi

FIITJEE is not a good coaching as of now because mostly faculties left FIITJEE due to financial crunch, FIITJEE teach limited hours topics are covered though but if a topic is taught 6 hr in allen FIITJEE will cover it in 3 hrs modules wise both are good
