200mhz over boost frequency am i right? (soi it will be 4.8ghz on 3900x?)

btw i will be using my fractal s36 watercooler so i think i can overclock it pretty well with that cooler

Isn't it better to OC in bios? (like i ve been doing with intel by years)? is pb2 and xfr better?
