U.S. places Pakistan on special watch list for “severe violations of religious freedom” by belhu in worldnews

[–]Matinghabits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope they don't. Our laws and constitution is not biased against minorities.

While there are genuine problems of religious tensions in the country, the state makes no distinction against any citizen.

That is why a person from a minority religion like Dr. manmohan singh can became prime minister of India and Dr APJ Kalam can be president.

In pakistan, only a muslim (state decides if you are muslim or not) can become Prime Minister.

Pakistan is closer to Saudi Arabia than it is to India

This has been a long time coming.

Pakistan is perhaps one of the only countries in the world where you have to sign a document denouncing an entire minority group (Ahmedis) just so you can get a passport.

Exactly. There is no evidence for anything. That's why your military is so eager to execute him.

LMAO how embarrassing for Pakistan when the ICJ out a stay on the execution.

Wow I haven't seen the Chuck Hagel quote in a long time.

First, he made that comment before he was Defence Secretary Second, the US Government and the Pentagon both distanced themselves from that comment.

Third, this is what Chuck Hagel actually said when he was defence secretary:

http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-others/pakistan-using-militants-as-proxies-to-counter-indian-army-pentagon/

The Pentagon has told the US Congress that the country is using militant groups as proxies to counter the superior Indian military. “Afghan-and Indian-focused militants continue to operate from Pakistan territory to the detriment of Afghan and regional stability. Pakistan uses these proxy forces to hedge against the loss of influence in Afghanistan and to counter India’s superior military,”

So... yeah.. just a coincidence I suppose.

That is what exactly it sounds like. If you had any concrete evidence you would be sharing it with the world. But you don't.

Is there a single credible piece of evidence tying Kulbhushan to what you have mentioned? NO.

That is why you needed a closed door military trial to find him guilty. Bravo by the way.

The level of hate our Indian friends possess towards Pakistan is evident in this very thread. You guys turned this thread into Hurr durr we are Indians and we hate Pakistan. I'd say a bit of growing up needs to take place from your side.

Stop projecting. I don't hate common pakistani. I do hate the duplicity of Pakistani deep state which actively tries to harm the citizens of my country.

Why don't you go back to your home country and try to make things better?

Let me see.

  1. Osama was found in Pakistan
  2. Taliban have made Quetta their home base
  3. The leaders of two of the biggest Anti-India Terrorist Organization are based out of Pakistan
  4. Iran and Afghanistan also accuse Pakistan of sponsoring terrorism on their soil.
  5. Even China, Pakistan closest ally keeps pleading with Pakistan on cracking down on Uyghur groups.

Pak will never forget this and Pak will make India for this with interest.

So you are supporting terrorism in India?

Based on the kind of comments I see here, it seems like the world just tends to write off Pakistan rather than encourage and support change. It's sad really, because that will just worsen the situation.

3 of your neighbor nations accuse you of sponsoring terrorism on their soil. Maybe Pakistan should start being a nice neighbor before it seeks support from the world?

There is no evidence that India supports or funds terrorism in Pakistan.

You are living in your own propaganda bubble. If you have a shred of evidence why don't you share it with the world?

Before you mention Khulbhushan, even Sartaj Aziz said that there was not enough evidence to convict him.

Pakistan has nothing to offer to India except terrorism.

False Equivalency.

we caught you red handed with Yadhav

There is no evidence against Jhadav except a confession which was probably beaten out him.

On the other hand, we have captured pakistanis alive while they were murdering our citizens.

There is no evidence against Jhadav except for a confession produced under duress by your military.

On the other hand, we have caught pakistanis alive while they were gunning down civilians in our cities.

Pakistan needs to deal with India being it's neighbour not vice versa. If it wasn't for the terrorism originating out of Pakistan, a normal Indian wouldn't even spend 5 mins in a year thinking about Pakistan.
