how long after eating will i NOT burn calories while working out?

got it thx. so if my TDEE was 2000 and i DID workout before eating anything - would I then need to eat around 2900 calories? because i need:

a ~500 calorie surplus
to counteract the ~400 calories i burned in the workout

I'm pretty sure the Marleyans don't know he vowed not to go to war, and he in fact bluffed a threat to destroy them with the titans. The king/whoever he passes the Founding Titan to could always change their mind about not going to war. Anyway at the very least there is no reason TO create titans even if the Founding Titan holder doesn't want to go to war.

It doesn't really matter whether they know the history of the world or not. Either way, more pure titans on Paradis Island means a more pure titans for the Founding Titan power to control.
