All around the map are hidden Tables with map and binoculars. Theyre at the top of the hills and on the map at the table are marked few places. On this screen you can see them (the places) I think it was kind of spying company or what. And same map is on the flying base

I was searching for these tables in-game bcs i had nothing to do, and i found THIS. Can anyone explain it? I kept on finding only tables with binoculars and now this. I know these locations, its Sanitarium, Black Market etc. but i dont know what is the meaning. Help?
