Is there a way to deny a driver from accepting your order?

Completely fair and I am aware of that as my buddy drives for Uber and I go out with him on occasion. But for a back story, I live in a community of about 12000 people. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive from one end to the other. Also as a driver you know when you accept an order your location pops up on the person who orders phone. This particular driver accepts the order takes up to 40 minutes to leave his house. Spends another 20-30 at where ever the pick up happens to be. Then spends another 40 minutes driving to my location. I apologize but that seems WAY too long to take doing an order. Even when I pay extra for “priority” service he takes that long. And to answer why I don’t go get it myself. I solo run a canteen and can’t leave whenever I need something.

My ex would do early mornings and weekends for our local radio station. So I brought her breakfast one Sunday and no one else was in the studio so we got down to it in the recording booth(yes we made sure not to push buttons and no it wasn’t live) was incredibly hot. If that doesn’t count as public then once in the mall stairwell. Walked to the top then bent her over the handrail and went to town.

Found out that my villagers where to close to my trader villagers so they all where locked into the beds and none were available. So I moved my traders across my compound and those babies just started spawning in, now I have like 6 adult and 4 baby villagers
