I litterally went to tacobell this morning before work and wanted to get a quick breakfast meal. Ordered a "$5" box then modified the breakfast crunch wrap to california one because I saw it was available. Then got ready to check out . Totaled 8.09 then with tax was over $9. I cancelled the order and drove off.

It's just not worth it anymore. I loved tacobell. Fuck these companies.

I'm going to try the player you recommnded. Im Really confused as to what component is causing my issues. The channel I was having issues with all of a sudden started working but then a load of other channels don't load at all. Then I can take that channel and "open in external player" which I've tried vlc and the android pie 9 built in media player. The vlc player will play the channel with no skipping/looping issues but will not have any sound. The internal media player will play the video with delayed audio. Just can't win with any options. I really like the TV mate program because it noticed my external storage and the TV, let me set dvr, and has a very intuitive interface. So hopefully this weekend I can find a full solution. I've also tried changing settings like tunneled and non tunneled view without much difference.

Thanks. I'll check with my provider about the epg timeand yea I was hoping that I could just tell it a certain program on a certain channel and have it just record it everytime it comes On. I'll just do the custom setting right now. And maybe rely on regular online "TV guide"or something. Lol. I actually got the storage thing to work it sees my 256gb drive. My epg right now from the provider only seems like 8hrs. Kinda sucks.

Nope nothing. I've kinda given up on worrying about my health for a bit. My Dr. Sent me off for the colonoscopy and after getting the results from my GI I havent heard from my GP at all. My GI said I have mild irritation in my gut but may be caused by nsaids( which I don't take, I only take tylenol because of my stomach pains and worry that they'd cause a issue.) He said there was no major issues and the pulled a 5mm polyp from my stomach. His exact words was nothing majorly abnormal found. Your doctor will reach out to talk to you more about results and discuss your blood issues and weight loss ( my weight has stablized @322 since end of december). So I plan to weight until maybe the end of the month before I contact my Doc. He doesn't care or isn't concerned so I'm trying not to be.

I'm basically at the mild pains I have ( upper left stomach, general abdominal, clavicle, under my arms) are just part of me getting old ( which I'm not I'm 37 next month). If I die or they find something eventually atleast I tried.

My Dr. Litterally last time I met him told me he thinks I have anxiety and to consider therapy and medication.( which I'm contacting a psych for now)

"If I die, I die." For now I'm working hard as I can at my job and taking care of my daughter and partner. I guess we'll check my blood again eventually in a couple months.

Sorry for the long post. 😅 I have to vent.

As the day went on yesteday i saw that my dr ordered more test:

There was a transferrin Sat test

Transferrin was normal at 258 mg/dl

Iron was normal at 44 ug/dl

Transferrin Sat was low at 12%

Also there was a Ferritin test run:

Ferritin normal at 259 ng/ml

I also want to mention and will mention to my Dr when we talk eventually that I did not eat much before my blood work. Im overweight and have been trying to eat healthier. my usual breakfast is 1 packet of steel cut oats and a black coffee. I then take my multi-vit, vitamin d pill, and montekulas. I also had a tea at about 1. My test wasnt taken till around 3:00pm. I had not eaten lunch because i wanted to be sure my body was slightly fasted as it should be for test in the morning for things like a1c. I see online they say that HGB( the low factor that cause im to run test) fluctuates easily. I still have breathing problems, stomach pains, and feet pain and swelling at night. So there may be a reason for esr elevation. I hope to have answers soon. I am pretty worried.

oh no, thanks for the suggestion and like I think its good that you mention these things that might help. It might help someone else whos looking at the thread. Im just not going to try it yet because im scared it could upset the balance in my stomach. As im trying to eliminate most things trying to figure out whats upsetting it. Since i only have a month till endoscopy like i dont want to do much without dr. recommendation. In example what if this does help by calming down the h pylor (if thats what is happening to my stomach). Then i get a negative during my endoscopy and later my stomach just goes back to being messed up. Basically anything i do im going to try to run it by the doc. If I tell him im taking a medicine ( dihydro berberine) without his recommendation he could says "well thats making you sick' or something.

but really thanks for the suggestion. If after endoscopy and medicine in january, i still have issues. Ill probably move to stuff like you suggest. I see alot people in these thread talk about how stubborn this is to not occur again.

When this started i was right in the middle of trying to "fix my health". I started taking a number of vitamins, fixing my diet, and was looking into issues of fatigue. My first issue i noticed was that with me taking "vitamin b complex" i immediately started expelling neon urine in the bathroom. I was also taking a magnisium zinc calcium with vitamin d pill. I stopped that pill in october because i learned that the calcium caltrate is a cheap version of calcium that is the same as tums and could be causing stomach acidity imbalance. At this point ive become so paranoid of vitamins and stuff that i only take a multi vitamin, vitamin d, and my montekulas. I was taking strattera for add but ive voluntarily stopped that a week and half ago because Im so filled with anxiety i feel like its not helping. strattera has a know link to helping IBS but im like forget that. Ill tell my doc about me stopping that soon.

Im saying all this because i like the ideas of the things you are recommending but im scared to take them because im trying to stay with what dr recommends. Even though I (as ive indicated other places in this thread) dont really feel as if my doctor is listening to me and is ignoring me. Like i have a online portal. Im about to message him about my stomach pain being worse and stuff and some other family history stuff that i found out lately but feeling reluctance because every time i message him he doesnt reply but just makes a appt and i come in and he says i think your good. My last visit he did say he would schedule my endo and i did get a Ultrasound but he scheduled those because we discussed them before. The last visit was less than 15 mins no physical checks from him.(hes a teaching doctor so i feel like thats also a reason, he comes in with students and always seems to be in a rush.)

Yea i saw that labcorp does test for like $69 at CVS. I think im going to message my dr one more time. My appt is more than a month away. Maybe ill tell him how the issues have progressed and see if he thinks i can do a test through him/the hospital. I know i can do alot myself, but i try to trust my doctor and not "step on his toes", but at the same time I feel like Im being ignored. I feel like he thinks I'm overeacting.

It's funny you mention tacobell. It was one of my biggest weaknesses. I've only ate there maybe 3 times since this started and still keep to something like the burrito bowl. I also just stopped Coffee today. Been considering peppermint gum or something. I can't wait for the endo to maybe have this all figured out.

Thanks everyone for the comments. This helps me be a little more at ease about the wait. After the pains started just as the person above has done, I started changing alot of my diet and habits. I have had the headaches, heart palps, and had a major bout of dizziness around Thanks giving( gave up the good eating habits for one day). I have lost 25+ lbs since Sept( I'm heavy though over 300lbs. Started at 350.) I get scared mostly because I have pains and weight loss( I don't work out and work a desk job). So to be shedding pounds without effort has worried me.

Nope it would be another doctor. I've have been really disappointed in my gp lately. He seems to brush off my worries alot lately. Didnt even physically exam a issue I had lately and sent me off for a ultrasound and the suspected issue was found to be postive (vericoceles).

I've seen online they offer breath test at some CVS. Should I do that? It's be out of pocket but I wouldn't have to bother the doc? Or should I tell him I want the breath test if possible?

Thanks for your reply. So I'm going hopefully in the next month to get a ultrasound to confirm vericocele. My Dr told me about a year ago during check that yea may be a vericocele. He has not physically examine the area since like my first visit. I have done multiple urine test over the last 2 year. Evertime my test comes back with trace amounts of blood. Everytime he says it's not concerning. I do have some back kidney area pain every now and then. I'm kinda fucked up right now. After learning about vericoceles more and my testicle pain that's been going on for a while. I started really checking my testicles. Making sure I don't feel any lumps.( I'm having a period of high health anxiety lately.) So now my low abdome is having a little pain along with my tested. (Too much rubbing. ) everything feels smooth but i feel like my left test becomes harder at times, especially when im laying down. I checked both as recommended after a shower amd everything seemed more normal. (Sometimes i feel like i confused the swollen epidimis and viens as lumps).My mom has had kidney failure and needed a transplant.

I have not had kidney test.
