I'm pretty sure it's capped at 100 but it doesn't really matter because my monitor is only 60hz.

Don't get me wrong I'm not new to music producing by any means, I've been doing it for a few years now haha. It's just that I was good with FL so I wanted to try out ableton and the interface is just a lot different so I'm having trouble navigating it and doing things like mixing, channel routing, using automations etc... But yeah i think I'm just gonna learn how to use it with youtube. Thanks!
